30-Day Return

  • If your purchase doesn’t meet your expectations, we accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. 

Product Condition

  • Return the item in its original packaging in new, unused, and unwashed condition to avoid restocking fee.

Follow these Steps for a Return

  • To start your return, fill out the form on our Return Center page.
  • Once we receive your request, we’ll reach out via email within one business day with further instructions to complete your return and send you a Return Shipping Label.
  • Make sure to use the label we provide within 14 days before it expires.

Refund Processing Time

  • After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will promptly issue a refund for the purchase price, deducting the return shipping charge. The refund will be sent to the original payment method along with an invoice.

  • Expect the refund to reflect in your account within 3 to 5 business days.
